These launch-phase terms provide a practical baseline for website use and service inquiries. They should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before commercial hosting accounts are activated.

1. Website use
You may use this website to learn about OutlawCoreStudios, request information, and submit project or service inquiries. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or use forms for spam or abuse.
2. Quotes and availability
Website estimates and quote requests are not contracts. Services, capacity, timelines, pricing, and acceptance remain subject to review and written confirmation.
3. Hosting services
Commercial hosting terms will include account responsibilities, billing dates, resource use, backups, support boundaries, suspension, termination, data retention, and acceptable use. Those service-specific terms must be accepted when the client portal launches.
4. Custom project services
Design and development work requires an approved scope or agreement describing deliverables, payment milestones, revision limits, licensing, dependencies, client responsibilities, and delivery conditions.
5. Intellectual property
OutlawCoreStudios branding, website design, and original website content may not be copied or represented as another company’s work. Ownership and licensing for client deliverables will be defined in the applicable project agreement.
6. No warranty
The public website is provided on an “as available” basis during launch. OutlawCoreStudios does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every published service is immediately available.
