Refund Policy
This launch draft must be aligned with the final billing system, payment processor, hosting activation process, and project agreements before commercial service begins.

Hosting services
Any hosting refund window, exclusions, service credits, and cancellation rules will be displayed during checkout and in the client portal before payment.
Domains and third-party costs
Domain registrations, licenses, dedicated resources, transaction fees, and other non-recoverable third-party costs may be non-refundable once ordered or provisioned.
Custom work
Deposits, milestones, cancellations, and refund eligibility for design or development projects will be controlled by the accepted project agreement. Completed work and approved milestones are generally not refundable.
